The staff is nice and Nina is great, but I have walked away from here twice with haircuts I didn’t ask for. My hair was cut far shorter than requested and it looks nothing like the pictures provided. Additionally, she used thinning shears without my asking. Thinning shears are a DETRIMENT for my texture (3b). My hair looks flat, fluffy, and nothing like what I wanted. I will be wearing a hat and taking biotin for months.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I made an appointment at 9AM on Saturday to get a facial, because that was an option it gave when I was making the appointment, got several reminders and emails saying the appointment was accepted. I show up and the place is closed so I called the number attached to the email and the girl said she doesn’t even work there anymore. Waste of my time and gas. So unorganized. And very unprofessional. 10/10 don’t recommend.Service: Skin treatments

Iyang cut my hair and I'm so happy! She told me what she thought would look good and just took charge which I really appreciated. She even put a few strands of fairy hair in. Lol!
