You have to pee in the parking lot. The customer only bathroom stays locked so it's not really for customers. Please try to not step in my urine if you use this place.

Brought in my white comforter and left with a no longer white comforter and burn marks. Comforter sat in the dryer for less than 10 minutes and came out with a burn mark on it. black spots on the front and a massive black patch on the front. Will never go again, as my comforter is ruined.

VERY clean establishment. Young lady working there was soooooo pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. Wednesday 8/23 and Thursday 8/24 was my first and second time going and definitely will NOT be my last!!!

I had never been to a laundry mat till today, and I mostly likely will never go back. I put in my comforter by itself and my blue and white comforter some how turned pink. No one was there for me to ask question's or help to see what could be done for me after this. The washer cost me nearly 9$ and my comforter is ugg and now ruined.

Came here to wash my comforter and it got burn marks on the back and has a huge black spot on the front and little black spots. Was perfectly white when I went in and looks awful now. Would not recommend -- especially since the wash is nearly $9 and the dry sessions $.50/6mins.

If you leave clothes in overnight the staff are really respectful and courteous towards your belongings, I left my clothes after my credit card was declined and the staff memeber 'James' was awesome and packaged all my things for me. Great place!

A lot of the larger washing machines and biggest dryers where out of order. It was a very busy day today, Sunday, October 16,2022. There was lots of people there that had to wait a long time form the biggest dryers and washers. If you go, be prepared to wait a while.

Have never had many issues when I go, there has only been one time a machine took my card and didn't run but it was promptly refunded. Friendly staff when they are there. Haven't gone anywhere else since I moved to North Carolina!

Only laundromat that takes coins found so far in the area. At 1st it's hard to find its off Dickenson Ave not Dickinson Extension. Beside Save a lot the Grocery store. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because they really don't have attendant working there and sometimes the machines are down for awhile. They do fix them when owner checks on them. Otherwise excellent place to do laundry and most of the people are respectful to each other.
