Good stuff but the best stuff always seems to have sharpy written on them for the prices: Especially stuffed animals, purses, and coats and jackets. Why would you ruin stuff people WOULD buy IF it was all written on by Goodwill themselves? Get some plastic tags like the Salvation Army does if you're worried about people peeling price stickers off. They probably lose more money doing THIS than customers changing price tags.

I moved here and I’ve always love to come here because there are some items that you can only find here for good princess. My visit today was a really bad experience as am in the fitting room trying on pants just for one of the associates to knock on the door so aggressively telling me someone has been waiting outside for some time now ?.What doesn’t that has to do with me? It’s not my fault they have only two fitting rooms. Also, I have the right as much as anyone shopping, to try on cloths and be ok with them. They offer no return, no exchange policy and if I don’t try and be ok with it, that’s my lose . No one wants to loose money. Also, today is my last time shopping here. I would’ve given a zero star if I could.

Took lots of clothing for donation but they wouldn’t let us keep OUR plastic storage tote that we are using for moving purposes. I wasn’t donating the tote I was donating the stuff inside of the tote.

I stood at the checkout counter for 10 minutes. Only one woman running the entire store. They should be ashamed.

Horrible customer service at drop off. Before attempting to donate my items I observed Jeff talking down to a customer who was trying to show his young son about donating and receiving a receipt. My family and I were harassed and talked to in a very condescending manner. I have NEVER had an experience like this before at any other Goodwill locations. Jeff & another lady want to decide whether or not items are acceptable to be donated or not. They’re rude!! Need to go!

I’ve donated to Goodwill since I was 14 years old, I am now 26 & still do this 2-3 times a year - clothes, jewelry, household items, children’s items and beyond. Today, I drive up to drop off 2 loads of my young womens clothes in great condition that I could no longer fit. Another young lady and I drive up simultaneously and as we are unloading, I ask her to view a basket in which the material seemed unique (I was not interested in buying her basket, only where she got it from as the basket was shredded on the side & nothing I would personally keep). As she walks up to me so I can view it, JEFF comes outside and snatches it out of her hand as I’m reaching for it and screams “no soliciting.” Mind you, there was no offer made for the basket nor was he present during our conversation to have even known what was going on in the moment. So this is just a total stranger (employee), coming up to two young ladies conversing and snatching an item. I remained calmed and respectful as he repeatedly kept screaming I could “talk to his manager” and I repeatedly told him, no thank you. There is no manager that could justify that type of behavior towards two donating civilians of the community. I, of course, still donated my two bags of items but I wanted it to be publicly known that rude, disrespectful & unhinged people like Jeff should not be working at these types of locations. His interaction was very threatening and uncalled for, all because I asked to have a closer look at this young lady’s basket. We were both very fearful & caught off guard by being accused of soliciting. There has been several complaints about this location and the rudeness of the employees but this is my first experience & I will no longer be donating to this location. Goodwill needs to hire people of integrity and empathy- not people who care more about selling an item, than the person who is giving it to them for free.

2 goodwills within 5 minutes of each other both ran by the same district manager. This location charges boot price for mid/high top sneakers the other does not. Today found two pair of pants not specially priced or new With tags but since they were nice pants I was told that they would be specially priced at $7.99 a pair! One cashier makes a point of searching for a price on almost everything I buy because she feels like the things that I buy should be specially priced because they’re nice items… Been overcharged more times than I can count. Just crappy overall vibes in this location.

It was clean and quiet, and staff were friendly. But if you are looking for Men's clothes, do not come here. All of Men's pants- jeans, slacks, pants, ect- are on this rack and this rack alone. There aren't much for t-shirts or anything either. If you are looking for women's clothing or something from the bins, this place is it. Just no Men's clothes

My experience: Some of the staff here (older ladies) are mean and give off bad vibes and have attitude for no reason. Not good.

On my visits to this Goodwill store I always leave purchasing a big bag of clothing. The racks are stocked full of merchandise. If you love thrift shopping and you quality second hand clothing this location is one of the best places to go in Greenville.

Less than typical compared to my home city with some higher prices, but still found some decent children's books. Would visit again next time I'm in town.

Very dirty store. You come out of there covered in dust. Most of the cashiers are rude, like they really don't want to be there. They will argue with ppl over bin items like it's ridiculous. One lady had a pair of black pajama pants that I saw her get out of the bin. They were pj material with a stretchy waist and the cashier argued that they were regular pants...when they very obviously weren't. The woman wound up walking out...leaving her other stuff (a lot that weren't bin items) and I can't blame her. From now on, I will shop the Winterville store instead. They are much nicer people to deal with. The Greenville store needs to re-evaluate their employees and policies.
