I got a perm from an older lady at this salon and I was not very happy with the service. Not only was a test strand not done to see how my hair would react but she went straight into it without wasting any time. My hair was pulled, combed and brushed very rough and while in the bowl getting my hair rinsed I had chemicals running down my ears and back which stained my earrings. When washing my hair out, I had water running all the way down my back into my pants. Then again when brushing my hair, my hair was being pulled very roughly. The lady didn’t seem to care about new clients because she had “a ton of regulars that keep me busy” therefore I feel she didn’t care about how she treated her new clients since her regulars were enough revenue for her. I haven’t been back since because I have multiple a sections of my hair that did not react good with the chemicals and ending up breaking off my hair at the root. Would not recommend this place to others in my personal opinion.

My stylist is currently out on maternal leave so she recommended Sarah. She was amazing! The color is on point and my hair looks great and bonus she helped me w/issues I was having w/my phone ?

Was nervous going to a new salon as I’ve had bad experiences in the past but I’ve gotten my hair cut twice by Sarah and she’s super sweet and makes my hair look amazing every time. Will most definitely will be back. Prices are great and the place is welcoming and clean.

I had an appointment with Sarah J this week. I have fine hair that is not the easiest to cut. Sarah did a fantastic job, I’m extremely happy with it. I’ve been getting lots of compliments so I thought I would pass them along.

I was very disappointed. I asked for a simple haircut - a trim with long layers added. Unfortunately I was given a blunt cut without layers in a rushed manner even though the place was completely empty. I booked a shampoo as well but my hair was not washed. I wasn’t even asked if I liked the style nor given a chance to see the back of the haircut at the end. Honestly one of my worst haircuts. Such a shame.

Amazing people and comfortable atmosphere. Mrs. Linda took me under her care and with her blessed hands, she transformed my hair with tender loving care. I can't describe how kind an informative she was. She took my wishes and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank God for Mrs. Linda and her most blessed and talented hands! ❤️

I have been lucky to find Shannon for my haircuts. She has cut my hair exactly as I have asked and it looks great every time. She is so very sweet and I enjoy my visits with her. She's a keeper!

I’ve been going to Shannon for 5+ years. She got me to a platinum blonde level while also keeping my hair healthy for the last few years. Shannon always listens to what I want and is great to work with. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking to go blonde, of any level, and still maintain healthy hair!! :)

All the ladies who have cut my hair are always nice. I have never left unhappy with my haircut and I have been getting my haircut for years here. They are very affordable as well. Being Bi-racial, It is always hard to find the right stylist for my hair.Unfortunately, it appears the atmosphere has been degrading slowly over the years. The last time I went, there seemed to be a debate between the owner (an elderly gentleman), as I was told by the ladies, and the three employees at the time. He seemed to be very upset with a couple of them and decided to "clear the air," while I was sitting in the chair. All I can say is the words he said should not have been said infront of everyone especially a customer. The girls had felt threatened and I felt uncomfortable witnessing it. Not only was it unprofessional, but it caused my decision to find somewhere else to get my haircut because I wouldnt want to be in that situation again.

I have never been so insulted in all my life. I just moved here from Pennsylvania, I needed a haircut so Im looking for a place to start going, I stopped there and walked in. One lady sitting in the chair, 5 empty, I waited and finally 1 of several stylist came out. Me: Yes , I was wondering if you take walkins for a haircut? Lady: We have no openings today, in fact none all week, pause or next week. Me: Wow, well do you know of any others,? Her: NO,. I walked out. None of my family will ever go there and Im in the Hospitality business, I will make a point to tell every lady I meet. So much for southern Hospitality. UNREAL !!!Service: Haircut
