i used to love coming here when i was younger, but now things are not the same here any more. most used games i get are not working for me, and whenever i try to get a new game consol they only have used ones, even online. i dont like buying used from them or refurbished because they have all been pure poop in can. they dont give you long enough to try everything out to make sure things work before you have to turn them back in for refund. They may be good for new games, but i would not trust gamestop for used any more, same goes for their game consoles.

Spent over 20 mins in the checkout line with only 1 person In front of me to not even be acknowledged. Jacob was doing a long return while Hsan ignored me standing there and was talking up games to the person in front of me. I was finally apologized to on the time by Jacob once I got up to the register. A basic “someone will be right with you” would had made all the difference In the world of customer service but to be complete ignored was ridiculous.

My son and I came to this location on 8/16 looking to purchase the PlayStation VR2. Upon arriving, there were 2 young men behind the counter and one of them immediately greeted us. My son was looking around for a bit so I decided to go to the counter to ask if they still had any left and a young man by the name of Frank says yes. I asked how many did they have so I know not to take long in the store before someone else bought it and he responded with an attitude “I can’t tell you how many we have, but we have”Ok, that’s fine. Knowing how I am and because I’m with my son, I left it as that. My son was looking around not even 10 minutes and he goes up to the counter to ask Frank if he would be able to let him check it out before he purchased it. He’s the type that likes to look at specs and whatnot and make sure it’s worth his money. I didn’t think it would be such an issue that he decided to tell my son in a snappy dismissive tone “I can’t bring it out unless you plan on buying it!” I don’t know what high horse he’s on, but he needs to get it together or find a new job. Because dealing with customers isn’t for him. My son tried to make small talk during his transaction and he made it very awkward. My piece of advice is to be careful how you treat your customers-loyal customers that have spent a good amount of money in your business at that!
