This woman named jas has terrible customer service she does not deserve a job facing people there was no type of greeting from anyone in the store just constant chatter about everything but work , complete attitude and during my transaction she goes food lion needs to stop this we are not a bank !! That’s the only words she spoke and it was negative . She needs training or new employment she applied for the job that offers that service that she wants to stop so she needs to quit or be fired the job doesn’t fit. I’ve only seen one rude teenager I’d rather see rude kids than adults they should know better leave this job to people learning not people taking space and being rude get a better job maybe you’ll be happier ; The manager at this location is Trina leavy and at first I thought the employees weren’t trained but they are obviously trained by hero can’t see them leaving this job and securing another one this is a dead end enjoy

If I could give them no stars I would. I will never shop at this food lion the workers are so unprofessional hood ghetto and the morning manager is very unprofessional. Some of the people here have terrible customer service management is ghetto this food Lion had gone downhill in my opinion.

I like food lion. Been going for years. This one seems to be a little under staffed. Most times one or no registers open. Self checkout only. I'm not lazy but most of the time the folks at the register are much faster at scanning and bagging. But I will still go back and get better at my scanning

Food lion is wonderful now that they have shop and save coupons they really help on bill.

Clean storeCustomer service is okDay managers keep the employees together with doing what needs to keep the place running smooth. Love it how the front of the store is very clean.However evening and weekend total different.

Some of the people here have terrible customer service. The lady I spoke with didn’t try to help me at all. I tried cashing my check and basically she either didn’t want to do it or didn’t FEEL like doing it. Working in customer service, you’re suppose to at least try and help the customer. This lady did not care and turned me away, without even asking for my ID or anything. Will not be coming back here. Wasted my time and energy. The other Food Lion I go to, would’ve helped me and did what I needed.
