I stood in the customer service line alone for 10 minutes while at least 6 cashiers stood around and watched. Even after I said something they didn’t budge. Customer service needs improvement.

This woman with purple hair was very rude to my friend and i. Without even giving me a chance to explain she cut me off and was very rude. wasn’t buying alcohol and didn’t have my id, but was still asked to leave.

Apparently this is a "self checkout-only" grocery store, they only have a few employees restocking and the manager refuse to open a cash register to assist elderly, handicap, and people with carts full of groceries. Ironically, there's a sign above the service desk that says: "We're here to help". Self Checkout only works for a few items, and it does not provide easy access for people with disabilities, it's not design for handicap. Food Lion, please provide more availability accessibility acceptability and quality to this Grocery Store.

Friendly staff always willing to help if asked. Good variety of products all with economic prices; produce and bakery to chose from . Fresh breads. Bagels, buns, cakes and more!
