The delivery was late. First day attempt was after business closed. Second day knowing what time business closed, they attempted after business closed. Had to run carrier down to get my package. Will never use again.

Idk whats going on w Fedex lately but its to the point that I won't order if FedEx is responsible for shipping. All I know is my driver left my heavy package at my neighbors house which clearly has their address just like my house has mines. Mistakes happen but this isn't the 1st time.Then I have another order that has never been delivered & according to customer service is lost smh how ? Thank God for refunds or I would be SOL.

Worst customer service and worst delivery service ever. Every time i get a shipping from them I always got a problem. The package broken or missing something or i don't get it at all. If i can get my deliveries without using them i will. Im done dealing with this incompetence of a company.

This specific location in Greenville, NC is the absolute worse, and corporate’s customer service is no better. The driver that “delivered” my package should be fired immediately! This dummy didn’t even have the decency to place my package on my front porch, instead he stood in the driveway and threw it from about 6 feet away. This, of course, damaged the packing and the bottle inside. What the genius didn’t know is that there was a bottle of chemicals inside that got EVERYWHERE on my porch and on my person when I went to retrieve the package. I had to immediately shower and throw my clothes in the washer. When I called to lodge a complaint to customer service I was basically told there was nothing they could do and for me to contact the sender of the package. Terrible workers and terrible customer service. I have this all on video from every angle possible in 4K and will be posting to every social media platform. You don’t play with peoples belongings. No ethics!!

Left my package leaning against the mailbox for anyone to steal. Tracking showed it was left at gated driveway. Never had a gated driveway. Been living at current address for over 20 years and this is a first. If giving a choice I will never use fedex again. Lazy drivers trying to cover their behinds, or management that puts to much pressure on their drivers, this is unacceptable. Do better.

I do remember this particular experience at FedEx I visited numerous FedEx in the last days here and I don't see the location by Google's question
