Horrible service before I could finish my sentence they transferred me to an automated system when they could have just answered the question. Automated services have to answer about store hours and locations for pickup?

So thrilled with my new business cards! The quality of the paper and vibrant colors are exactly what I wanted. This was my first round of business cards here and the staff went above and beyond. I love to support local and will definitely be using the FedEx Office in Greenville from here on out for all of my marketing materials.
The three employees at the front desk today were very kind and made me leave with a big smile. It really makes a difference when people care and you can tell the staff enjoys what they do.

This review is NOT against FedEx, but the young lady with long black hair & pale skin they have working as their customer service agent, is just awful! She ALWAYS has a long ugly face on! No smile, no nothing!!! She is terrible at her job! If you do not want to be working in customer services go look for another job asap!!!

You don't even deserve a one star. You said you delivered my package. 4 days ago. Which contained my grand daughters Christmas present. No where in site. Neighbors don't have it. God only knows where you took it. Worst delivery company around. I will go out of my way to make sure you are not the one delivering anymore of my packages. Thanks for all the stress you have cause.

This front desk clerk for the second time lied to my face about shipping “standard” for my packages, then putting it for 2 day for my shipment. I clarified twice that I wanted it standard shipping, because last time she did the same thing. She said ‘yes. It’s the cheapest best way.’ She then said it would get there on saturday (in 2 days). Ok. When the total came up, she tried to get me to pay without noticing she put the price up. I said hold up…it’s more. She said it was for ‘packaging’. But she just put it for 2 day and tried to slide it by me. I wanted to just get it mailed so I just did it. Did you think I wouldn’t somehow notice? I said standard then you put it for two day and put the price up? It’s the second time she’s done it. This is a legitimate business: fedex. You can’t have your front desk clerk lying to customers faces about the shipping like this. Will def never go back to this one.

Ok so I just recently had an art show and needed to get prints flyers and canvas prints made before my show. Let me just say the staff was so gracious and patient -because I needed my prints to be consistent with the originals which required a lot of printing and reprinting. I was coming to the store almost daily for two weeks straight updating my order.The whole entire staff was very prompt and professional. Brett in particular made my order a priority and he also made sure I got the best possible rate I could get which was a huge help. All and all, this has been my best customer service experience with from any fedex, or printing store.Thank you all so much for such I solid reliability when I needed it the most.

I visit this FedEx numerous times during the week. Always fantastic Service by polite professionals. They are efficient, knowledgeable and a great representative of the FedEx Brand. Besides shipping I've also had printing done. Great quality and done while I wait. Since it's located close to the university it can at times be busy. The wait is worth the quality of service you receive. Keep up the great work! Mark
