They refused to accept a pre labeled package. Said they didn't deliver so they couldn't accept it ?. I was returning a heart monitor and because I asked them to mark handle with care, he immediately asked mgmt if they could send it. Was told no even though Abbott Lab had provided airbill. Stupid is as stupid does!!! The South for you!

Un satisfied poor service. Delivery person was nice. My package was scheduled to arrive on Thursday morning didn't get it till Monday afternoon They run 7 days a week.
