Unfortunately, this place is severely understaffed. I had a 2 o’clock appointment arrived at 1:50 prior to that appointment and was not seen until 235. It was a relatively short appointment that does not generally take more than about 10 to 15 minutes to complete anywhere else so until they’re able to staff up, I would suggest looking elsewhere if possible Once seen the service was good the people were friendly

I’ve always had good fast care here. Never a problem booking an appointment. Staff have always treated me with respect and professionalism.

Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half, the wait was excruciating. All I wanted was a Flu, Covid, and Strep Throat test. And the Doctor, Michael Walker, was extremely unprofessional. He was very rough when inspecting my ears even after I expressed that I was in pain the first time he shoved the otoscope into my ear, he did the same thing to my other ear. Then he made a comment about me kissing all the boys in school because I'm in college and that's probably what my mother thinks too because I wasn’t feeling well. I thought that was extremely rude and disrespectful of him to say. I don't care if he thought it was funny, that is not something you say to a sick patient. I was so shocked, I didn't know what to say so I remained silent the rest of the time he was In the room. I had more questions but I did not want to ask him or have them answered by this man, I just wanted to leave. I will not be coming back and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have “triple” insurance. No, not medicaid or medicare. The rude young lady at the desk told me they did not take any of my insurances. She was rude & condescending. The cost was $200 dollars out of pocket & when I told her the insurance would reimburse me, she argued with me! Wow! I left quick fast & in a hurry. If she had taken the time to look, my insurance was in the computer. She is used to dealing with a certain “type” of person. It’s sad. Went down the street & paid a $25 co-pay and was treated like a human being. Don’t go to this place!!! They also lied and said they did not have any available appointments!!!

My husband took our son to get his physical done today and he did not have good things to say about their service. I called two days prior to make an appointment, thinking that he wouldn't have to wait... my husband was there for over an hour waiting, while others were being called to get seen before them. As soon as my husband asked for a refund, they hurried up and saw my son then! That will be the last time that we go to FastMed in Greenville. Lastly, FastMed's website only shows the good reviews and leaves out the ones that people should be reading about.

Website states that they accept walk-ins, there was a paper posted on the door stating that due to staffing issues they were taking appointments only. You’re not an urgent care if you only take appointments…. Find more staff to accommodate your practice or convert it into another doctors office. Absolutely unacceptable.

When you first walk in customer service sucks ! Both of the receptionist looks dingy. Secondly, the doctor was very rude after I told this weird staff my medical complaint. Thirdly, never heard of no urgent care that does only does walk in. I went to ER with better service and was in and out. Never will go back. Ur best bet is to go to Washington they still do walk ins

Upon entering the building, I immediately felt uncomfortable. No greetings, I had to take it upon myself to strike a conversation with the front office receptionist. I was not aware this place was appointment only as it is an urgent care facility that advertises “walk-in” care on their website. Based on reading the other reviews, it seems many other people experienced the same situation as me. The front office lady was extremely rude and not willing to help assisting me with other possible urgent-care locations in the area. She mentioned there may be a paper laying around with locations on it but made no effort to look for it. So disappointing how you have to jump through hoops to get healthcare access.

Marie, Dr. Michael & Mel were nice, attentive and pleasant. The blonde upfront could use an attitude check tho. She could speak to people a lot nicer. That’s the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5. I heard her answer questions for a few people, she sounds like she doesn’t wanna be there. But that’s just my observation.

Fast Med is absolutely awful.I was sick . I scheduled an appointment around 7:40pm. I signed in. The provider never showed up. Them I got a call there was technical problems.And have to reschedule for next day.I was sick and my job demanded a doctor note for that day!Every time I use this service I get the same doctor. The Dr always tells me I need to go see a primary doctor.Well sir I do not have insurance nor have a primary doctor.He then tells me to go to the er.Also I previously asked him for a doctor note and a return to work note and the Dr Said he could not do that..What the he'll is fast med urgent care for then????I highly recommend to Use another service. Very unprofessional and not dependent.

The physician I saw was great. Personable and made me feel very comfortable, easy to talk to and caring. However, I do think my name got lost in the system while I was in the waiting room, because people were “passing” me into the doctors office until I went back up to the front desk and asked if they forgot about me. Then I got called back in just a few minutes.

I saw Kimberly Thompson-Tucker on September 5,2023. She was extremely helpful and listened to everything I had to say. She answered all of my questions in depth. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. I was in and out in about an hour. The receptionist was very nice and courteous. I didn't feel like I was intruding on their time. The assistant that checked my vital signs was just as courteous and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend using this provider. You have to have an appointment due to staffing shortage but aside from that, they are great.

Waited over an hour and still wasn’t seen. I rescheduled because of the long wait. The front desk attendees were very nice and friendly but one in the back was short and nonchalant and no one bothered to come and check on me and my nephew while we waited for the doctor for a sports physical!

Do not go. They opened at 8:00 AM today. I walked in at 8:30 as the only person in the parking lot with my sick 3 year old. 3 people standing at the desk talking, immediately tell me they’re appointment only and can’t help. Won’t give me any help with where another urgent care may be and just say “go to the emergency room?”. This must be a Covid era policy. Appointment only at an urgent care??? At that point just become a full fledged doctors office. I mean really, because they’re too lazy or incompetent to utilize their time efficiently they tell me to go to the emergency room, for a non-emergent issue, which only further hurts the absolutely slammed packed ER wait times here. Do yourself a favor, ignore this place so new management can move in and actually the run it the way it’s supposed to go.

Would not see me yesterday and only directed me to make an appointment online. Ladies at the front desk definitely could have checked their system themselves and assisted me. They also acted like they did not want to be there. I went elsewhere and got prompt assistance and medications to heal.
