“I have been attending this practice for many many years let’s say over 15+, I have seen doctors come and go Dr Philpot remains the mainstay, and like any medical practice. There are good experiences, and bad experiences, depending upon what it is that we, the patient, expect to have, whether it’s an immediate refill of medication, when we’ve never seen the doctor before, or waiting too long because somebody has had a crisis in the back that we know nothing about.Overall, given all of the human interaction that takes place in this building, it is the best medical practice in Greenville, no kidding!”

“Wow! What can I say about Dr.J and his phenomenal team at Carolina East Family Medicine that has not already been said about Jesus in the King James version of the Bible. Just kidding but not really ? The staff is super kind and friendly. They treat you with the utmost respect and get you into your appointment quickly. The nurses listen to your input with care and sympathy and relay the message to the man himself, Our dear Dr. J! Now what you must know about Dr. J is that he genuinely cares for his patients. On my worst day i called to book an appointment and was seen the very next day. His exact words to me were, "You are my patient and I care for you". Then, he proceeded to treat me with the most stellar and professional care. I have never and I'm sure, i will never meet another physician like him. So I'm stuck with this beautiful group of humans for as long as I can and I don't care if I have to pay every cent out of pocket because their loving-kindness, professionalism, and sincere concern for their patients is invaluable to me. “Marie, Dr. Michael & Mel were nice, attentive and pleasant. The blonde upfront could use an attitude check tho. She could speak to people a lot nicer. That’s the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5. I heard her answer questions for a few people, she sounds like she doesn’t wanna be there. But that’s just my observation.”
