Come on people, anyone that gives this store a good rating is NOT telling the truth. This is the awfulless store I have ever been in. They are scaming you out of money right and left. Not just one time BUT every time I go in there the prices are wrong on the shelf. Get to the counter and your item is ALLWAYS $1.00 more than what the shelf says. This a every day situation. The people at the counter say they cannot change the price WHAT?????????!!!!!! so you leave paying the higher price. Reported it to the Corp. Office and they do nothing about it. The people at the counter say they dont have enough staff to fix it WELL!!!!!!!! you changed the price on he shelf didnt you. Oh man they are scamming you out of money big time. Dont believe me just go in there and check the prices on the shelf verses the price in the computer. They know what they are doing, its going to take a lawsuit I guess to get this corrected. I go in there cause its close to my house without traffic lights. This has got to STOP!!!! the marjoity of the people dont even pay attention to their receipt but when you are couting pennies like me its makes a hug different. Store appearence not the greatest in the world but it will do. FIX IT CORPORATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET THE PRICES RIGHT!!!!!

none of the workers were wearing masks. i wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at the door or the register. the guy just looked annoyed since i guess he was talking to his friend at the side and i inconvenienced him as a customer. i work retail too so i get it but this was reeaaally bad customer service.

Family Dollar's placed in strategic locations to provide the daily needs of people is a great idea. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a comparable selection to name- brand products that work and taste just as well.

I like how they are handling the Covid-19 Crisis for the customers. They have sanitizer and paper towels ready for customers as soon as they enter the store ?

Love this store but my credit card bill was due and I forgot to pay it and I had to put most of my snacks back and pay with cash. I was holding up the line but I was laughing and getting mad at the same time cause my daughter had cash and didn't offer to help. Lol...she left the store but the workers were friendly and helpful. I only had $10.00 cash and ending up paying $8.90, no change, man, I was left with a buck. Didn't care cus I always come back and spend more. I didn't need those snacks anyways. Great store with great customer services.
