It has come to our attention from several of our members that this shop should no longer be on our website for recommended services in the Greenville and surrounding areas. Due to this, this shop has been removed from all of ECCE's socials, Rod-run events, and websites. The largest complaint being lack of service, honesty and integrity. Please be mindful when visiting this shop as it is highly recommended to take your vehicles, that you depend on, elsewhere.

For all my contacts in Greenville and Raleigh that like to bring their vehicles to this location, until the parts clerk “Mick” is removed from the front I would no longer go here. You are not going to receive good service and you will be spoken to as if you are a child. The shop foreman, the younger gentleman that actually works on the vehicles, is excellent and should be running the shop. Until this change is completed, none of my vehicles or fellow car enthusiast vehicles will be going to this shop.

Great place that will work with your schedule. A lot of import garages are booked out a month in advance, they got me in and complete within a week. Not too many issue to fixed, so they fit me in.

They took care of my mercedes well. The first time they helped me save a lot of money when I needed brakes replaced (a lot cheaper than a place in New Bern). They have also been very professional/knowledgeable, making it worth the extra distance though I live 50mins away. The second time, my 302,000 mile car was done for, needing $8k repairs, but they referred me to selling options (above and beyond what you can expect of a typical business), and held my car for a few weeks while I sorted out everything. If my next car was a mercedes, this place would be the only place in eastern NC that I would take it for repairs.

Following a serious accident w/front end damage I took my Honda to them to replace both broken headlights. They reviewed the damage to my vehicle and provided me with a VERY REASONABLE quote to replace both headlights, It took them about 3 hours of labor to complete the repairs AT THE QUOTED estimate!!! I was thrilled with their work and professionalism and HIGHLY recommend them for any "foreign" auto repair work!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is the only place I trust for auto repairs, period. This is not the same shop it was eons ago so it’s sad old reviews could turn someone off of what is hands down, the best repair shop in town. They’ve made multiple repairs to my son’s 1980s Volvo- my son experiments with a mod to the engine, Volvo stops working, and these guys make it run again even better. Windshield wipers, leaking oil, a/c repair, electrical, camshaft replacement, seals, hoses, they’ve done it all and for WAY less than anyone else does, faster than anyone else. They do foreign and domestic repairs, and they’re very responsive, calling with updates and their estimates are spot on with no hidden gotcha charges. I can’t recommend this place enough. They’re great guys too, very kind without being condescending when you say “the thing is doing this thing and making some noise”. If you haven’t tried them in a while, give them a shot and you’ll be as surprised as I was at the quality. Thanks guys for making our old Volvo run like new!Services: Auto engine diagnostic
