Quick checkin. Car was ready and cleaned. Car was what was requested and we were on our way in 10 minutes. They had trainee employees assisting and still were efficient.

I had a great experience with all of the employees that helped me. Specifically Zach and Emily stood out as they interacted with me the most. Zach kept me updated throughout the rental process and Emily happily answered all my questions! Highly recommend!

I used this location to return an Enterprise rental from another location. Employees were polite and professional. They quickly handled my transaction. I noticed they were busy with several walk-ins and phone calls, and I observed the same level of service to all of them.

Tonya, Emily, & Zach at the Enterprise location, Greenville Blvd., were very helpful & accomodating. Very easy to work with. A few complaints about the car I rented.. Oil light came on while renting the car. Oil level checked.. barely registered on the dipstick! Had to purchase oil for the car, but Enterprise did compensate for oil purchase & inconvenience. The car was delivered from the Washington, NC location to the Greenville, NC location for pickup. The car was not clean inside. Floors, doors, hatch flooring, etc., were dirty. Candy wrappers in the back seat floor with sticky hand prints all on the backseat doors & windows. Also, back, right tire light kept coming on.. low tire level. Had to stop & constantly put air in the tire. The Greenville location was aware of the tire & simply "handled" the problem by only turning the dash light off. This was dangerous & careless. Overall, our rented car was comfortable while traveling. I'm a long-time customer of Enterprise. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little disappointed in Enterprise this time around.

It was 4:30 we reached the enterprise and my friend opens the front door and I see 3 angels, not just by appearance but by heart. So sweet so humble, we were group of 7 and they were late a hour just to give us the car.World is too small with good people and the name of the world is enterprise.

Stay clear. Tried to rent twice from this location. Both times my rental was not correct. First rental they had to switch vehicle types from the selected option. The second time the rental was confirmed and an hour before the pickup they had no vehicles. I was left with no vehicle.

Branch manager Tanya Rodriguez has the most nastiest attitude! Refused to service me because she was ready to get off work and was upset because her partner branch sent me to her location after 5:30 pm to get a rental! Rental was being cover through State Farm for a accident claim! You would think a branch manager would have excellent customer service skills but if the manager acts that way that explains why employees act unprofessional!
