Customer service was great. The ladies up front were super sweet and chatty! Kiki and Tracey were awesome! I stopped by to get my pool card activated and they even gave me a free pair of cute sunglasses! Absolutely love my rental company.

Justin was amazing with helping me for my HOA issuesChanging my rate because Justin stated and put in writing he would help me with my late fees due to my bank paying system was not sending my payments out on time even though I was making my payments on time. After a week pasted several emails and calls the late fees are still on my account.
