You can trust them. They don’t overcharge and they communicate with you. And everything is done in a timely fashion. If you don’t wanna be finessed like some of the bigger places do, bring your vehicle here.

I have been in Greenville since 2006 and have always trusted them with my vehicles and have recommended friends. They will call and communicate with you when necessary, they don't overcharge or find random things they can work on like I've seen other places around here do. great service and prices, and they don't finesse their customers. I will continue being a customer for as long as I'm in Pitt County.

I cannot recommend Emmanuel auto enough! They are a local, family-owned business and provided me with top notch quality services with every visit. The owner is the nicest man and he saved me hundreds of dollars by taking the time to diagnose my car’s problem and didn’t just slap on an expensive repair like most of these shady mechanics. This business actually cares and takes time to provide you with quality service as well as make sure they are getting to the root of your vehicle’s issue. Emmanuel Automotive is the best shop I’ve ever been too and you should absolutely support their business!
