The hours of operation do not allow for many who do work normal hours much wiggle room to get there for pickups and drop offs and I do feel this only adds more stress to the staff due to them being the ones that get the reaction or back lash from them being limited.

TERRIBLE WORKING HOURS. 8:30 to 5:30 is not enough for some patients to pick their medicines after work! The person i spoke with today was very strict about timing as if she works with machines not human's health!!!! This has to change!!!!
