The drive thru is not at the same level as the cars, you can't tell if someone is at the window. The pharmacy was slow

The hours of operation do not allow for many who do work normal hours much wiggle room to get there for pickups and drop offs and I do feel this only adds more stress to the staff due to them being the ones that get the reaction or back lash from them being limited.
