My experience was great, considering I was there for a procedure! Danielle was exactly what a receptionist should be, warm, welcoming, and professional, and got me checked in quickly. Keli was the technologist, and she made sure I was comfortable as well as understood everything she was going to be doing. I have zero complaints, and lots of praise;)

A Money Scamming POS!!! Lost PII and then tried to sell a credit company to me. I'll never use these MFers again, believe there are way more radiologist companies out there that know how to control PII.

Eastern Radiologists Breast Imaging Center is the BEST. The staff members are friendly, caring and efficient. Technologists are on time and execute the imaging process as quickly as possible. Most importantly the radiology team reads the imaging results and publishes a report more quickly than I have ever experienced.

I had a disappointing experience at the radiology clinic during my scheduled pelvic exam. Despite arriving prepared with activities for my children, the techs denied seeing me, claiming discomfort and inability to concentrate. It's disheartening that, in today's world, they weren't accommodating, ultimately denying my basic right to healthcare due to the presence of my kids.

Receptionist, Jada, was very welcoming. Technician, Allison, was quick and efficient. She made the whole process much more comfortable than I expected.

Allyson was very pleasant. I walked in and was greeted promptly and professional. Checkout was just as good as arriving. Good group of people that work at Eastern Radiologist.Lisa who was the Technologist. She was great. Very easy and didn’t make the experience more painful than it could have been.I hope the next time I have to have another mammogram done, I get her for the Technologist.I have everything positive to say about my visit today.
