Extremely hard to get someone to explain additional charges every time tank is filed HHC $7.50 and fuel surcharge $7.15 to $10.00 add to bill Can't get anyone on the phone... service within quarter of a mile, pay tank rental fee, propane cost $3.60 gallon. At the mercy of UPG

My experience with this company has always been very positive. Every employee I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. I have used this company for several years now and seriously doubt I can find a better company. Now, my review is based on dealings with UPG in Greenville, NC. If you need a good gas company call Sam, and she will always take time to make sure your needs are met! And , of course, Dan will make sure the work is done properly.

Absolutely horrific, paid $260 for them to tell me when they came to my house that they couldn't fill my tank. Then turned around and told me I wouldn't get my refund for 8 weeks. It's been 10 weeks and still haven't received it. 1 start is over rated.

Horrible service from this company. You leave messages no one calls you back and active person never answers. Extremely unprofessional and worse service I've never had for propane gas. Now we have an empty tank in our yard and United Propane has not removed it from your yard. After numerous calls still no return call back.

I have never had any issues with UPG since I started service with them in 2019. Sam is always pleasant to deal with and when I call they usually deliver no later than the next day. I'm not sure if she's still there as I haven't been able to reach her this past week. I'll stick with UPG.

This company is a joke!! All they are about is getting your money. Once they get the money for service they take their time filling your tank. Will have you sitting in the cold for days!!

My name is Marvin Harris, UPG has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. In 2017 I called them and asked them to pick up a rental property tank, a few days later they called me and said the new tenants wanted to keep this tank, I told them no problem as long as it was out of my name, this is while they were standing in the yard to pick up the tank. In 2020 they sent me a bill for $167.00 and said they picked up the tank. When trying to dissolve this matter they have been very rude, some lady named Barbara in collections is the worst. A lady named Toni called, she was nice, said it was the end of day she would call back tomorrow, that was a few weeks ago. Whats really sad I am still a good customer and have gas with them at my home.Any suggestions anyone
