GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY... I WOULD LIKE TO SEND A VERY WARM AND HARDY THANK YOU TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT STAFF AT EAST CAROLINA CHRYSLER..DODGE.. JEEP & RAM IN GREENVILLE,NORTH CAROLINA FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY "2013 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN".... I WASN'T ABLE TO OPERATE ANY OF MY WINDOWS FROM THE DRIVER'S DOOR OF THE VEHICLE... AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT EAST CAROLINA CHRYSLER..DODGE..JEEP...RAM CORRECTED THE ISSUE IN NO TIME AT ALL... IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM VERY LONG... I LEFT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS WITH A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE... SO THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR DOING SUCH A TREMENDOUS AWESOME JOB...AND MANY BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL???

I could literally throw up at how disgusting this dealership is everyone is rude except for the sales guy KJ, the finance guy rude as hell the guy that close the deal rude as hell, they sold me a truck costing $55,000 and in the same week the back windows starts leaking water, I tried using this warranty they forced me to buy which they didn’t even tell me cost $5000 and the warranty won’t fix the truck so I called and spoke to one of the owners son CHIP DAVIS, he was rude at first claiming he thinks I was telemarketer and he said he would contact my local dealer to have them fix the leaks, it’s been almost a week now my dealer haven’t contact me and he hasn’t either and I’m still stuck with a truck I over paid for that leaks water inside when it rains and seemed like one doors was repairs because the paint is falling off and rust is under it so thank you Dave davis dodge ram Chrysler well done at ripping hard working people off I have to drive around with a bath towel under the leak, KJ you deserve to work with better people…

The Service Department is Horrible. I made an appointment on a Friday to have my left rear soft window looked at on my Jeep which is still under warranty. I told them the track is misaligned and the window will not stay in the track. It has 30000 miles on it, brand new. This issue started to happen after I started using putting the top halfway down. They were Not supported to fix it; they altered the issue by squeezing the rubber onto the track piece and now the window is nearly impossible to get off. They told me if it came off again to come back?! They ignored what I asked of them and showed them. This is a bad window from the factory. It needed replacing Not manhandling. Then proceeded to tell me they know nothing about Jeeps!! Ridiculous, and total waste of time.I took my Jeep to Wendell on Monday who actually did what was needed and I'm waiting on my part and Wendell will install. Wendell service assured me they are trained to work on Jeeps etc.

Bought a Jeep Gladiator from them and it was a great experience. I got a great deal and no hard sell tactics. I definitely recommend this dealership. Brian, Detlon and Christina were a pleasure to work with.
