First and foremost for the company this size, and you all can not make long-distance calls. I think that's ridiculous, especially in this day and age. 2nd the way that your male staff spoke to me I felt was very rude, degrading and disrespectful talking to me as if they know everything when all it sounds like is they want to get my money which you will get neither your service is very overrated. You just cannot get good service anywhere.

Purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica - Charlene was awesome! I purchased from her 2 years ago and it was such a good experience! Doug in finance was friendly and easy to talk to, not pushy and no pressure to purchase extras. Great experience!

Purchased a vehicle out of state. They made it a very easy transaction. Bobby sent pictures & a video to me. Communication was great overall. The car was as advertised & described. Great experience with delivery. Highly recommend, great experience overall.

Helpful, friendly, didn't really go to buy but just to look. The salesmen and sales manager worked with payments and on a more.expensive model so I made the purchase. Will highly recommend this dealership and its people. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Got up early after working late shift drove from Newport NC to Greenville for an 11am appointment and the vehicle wasn't there and the salesman wasn't either. This place sucks!

We are very happy with the experience that we had at East Carolina Dodge. We were really just looking at some choices of cars, but Earl came to us and wanted to show us a Lincoln with less than 100 miles on it. We were surprised at the low mileage and the look of the car and the care that was given to us there . We love our new/ 2019 Lincoln an we are very happy with the care that the staff at East Carolina Dodge gave us. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
