Bought a truck. Had a big issue. They kept passing the buck back and forth between their shop. Then they started ducking my calls. I Made a BBB report to whom their not accredited buy. We also signed upon the sale that they would install cruise control. Years later they still haven't honored that agreement.

I save up my hard earned money and came to this dealership thinking I was going to get a decent used vehicle and I didn't they sold me a lemon and now I'm out of a vehicle I needed to go to work. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!! IM DISAPPOINTED ?

Make sure this is your last option and bring a certified mechanic with you. Bought a 2014 chevrolet traverse awd back in November and less than 2 months had to get the water pump replaced at a certified chevrolet dealership. Took the vehicle to there service department(GREENVILLE MOTOR CO)after I bought the vehicle got the sunroof replaced and my tires balanced, sunroof still has wind trail after being replaced and they only balanced my front tires, rear blower motor fixed top vents working but now the bottom vents don't work. DEALERSHIP said all four tires were off balance. Left a voicemail with Bryan no one called me back. Warranty for there vehicles is below standard at 1000 miles or 30 days and they only pay 50% off only internal engine and transmission parts. Customers service is horrible and the general manager Tim(greenville motor co) is rude and unprofessional.

I brought a 2008 Ford 150 in December 2021. I fell in love with this truck first time I did a test drive. The salesman was very easy to deal with and we quickly made a deal. We had one small problem with the truck the next week But they quickly fixed it and I have had no other problems I would highly recommend them Thanks guys from the salesman to the service team

Great people but as far as how a car holds up I Would not recommend. Bought my car here in August the day I came home my headlights went out. Had to pay 180$ to get fixed. 30 days after I bought the car my car started shaking really bad every time I hit the gas. The radio works when it wants and my windows sometime won’t roll up or down. It also now makes a weird noise no one can tell what it is. And not to mention my cousin also bought a car from here 2 months ago and it’s already had to be put in the shop.

bought an 2012 audi a4 from hear a little less than a year ago , they cleaned it up pretty nice when they sold it to me , not even 2 months later transmission goes out and had to total the car. still am currently paying off the car , so i wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place also management was rude

I found the car I was looking for here.I wasn't sure about the color but now I love it.Chris at East Caroline Auto Exchange has done what he said he will do for me and He's a nice person.I say don't go on what I say, just go and see for yourself. I found my car there and it wasn't a car easy to find. Every time I would fine a GS350 it would be just sold.I called Chris,set up a day to see the car and now I have it. Go and see Chris, you might found your car.

They wasn't too helpful even though I paid cash for my car and came back for the reason when I first turned on my heater it blew heat on one side of the car and cold air on the passenger sideAnd question the dealer about that that he respond I broke it by turning on the heater which was the stupidest answer a delicate gave a customer after paying over $11,000 cash I would never ever recommend someone to come to that dealer

Terrible service they promise millions of promises & then once you leave the lot they don’t know what you’re talking about. Had my vehicle paperwork filled out for 5 days & already broke down & now they don’t want to fix it & pretty much told me to suck it up but my lawyers will be involved so it will all be fixed in the end & karma is a butt
