The worst! The woman that did my nails acted like it was the first time she had ever done a manicure. She used a rough emory board leaving the edges of my nails so ragged, that i picked up the board and smoothed them myself. No English, so she had no idea what I was saying. It was just the worst experience of any salon I have ever been to in Greenville. And it was $30! Ridiculous price for a regular manicure with no gel polish.

Went this morning and Miranda or known as mimi is absolutely the best. She is very friendly and good at what she does. I will ask for her in future when I go back. Highly recommend her.

Awful. Someone inexperienced did my pedicure. I had to try to guide him through it, and he didn't understand much English, so he had to keep asking other staff what I was saying. One foot's nails was shorter than the other. And in the end, I had to remind him to put on a top coat. I pointed out a jar, but he chose a gel top coat and said it was the same. So my nails never dried. They were literally sticking to my socks the next day and looked a mess. I called and told them what happened, offered to send a picture, and asked to come on the weekend to get just the polish redone bc I don't live in Greenville and work an hour a way. The "boss" said if I didn't come back that day, I'd have to pay for a polish change. Ridiculous. It would not cost them any more time or money to do just my polish either day. Instead, for their mistake, it costed me money to have to drive back AND leave work early to get there before they closed. The awful boss lady didn't even apologize. BAD BUSINESS!!

Got my nails done today by Monica, I got dip and they turned out so good! She was very sweet and listened to everything I told her and asked her to do! I love them and will definitely be back!

Never, never again. This is unfortunate, too. Because I have been a patron of this establishment for many years, mainly because of one person that works in that salon. Their customer service has always needed a lot of improvement. And I will say after this. most recent experience customer service not only needs improvement, it needs implementation. As it stands right now, they have none. I went in on a Friday night for a pedicure. During my pedicure, the top of my feet and legs were burning. I've had many pedicures, and I knew that she was using callus remover. I tried to communicate with her, letting her know my feet were burning. She apologized attempted to rinse off what had been applied on my feet, but the strength was so strong, what limited amount of time it was placed on my skin did some significant damage. The pictures are two days after this incident and the blisters eventually scabbed over. I contacted the salon owner and requested a refund. I could've done much more but I felt a refund was justified as I paid over $100 for this pedicure. she did not respond initially and eventually I had to call the salon to find out why she was not responding and she shared I needed to come to the salon so she could refund me on the card that I had charged the service on. My husband went to have this done, and when he got home, he shared, that only a portion was refunded. That the owner felt she did not have to refund me for the gel polish, because it was unrelated to the damage on my skin. I'm sure you can understand my frustration in that I can't show off my gel polish, considering my toes and my feet and legs have sustained chemical burns as a result of the product they used incorrectly. I'm not going to try and with the owner anymore because she seems inept to do the right thing. Which would've been to refund me for the full service amount. I would not visit EC Nails if I were you and Greenville has plenty of other quality options.

HORRIBLE! Me and my friend came in today to get our prom nails and got a manicure and acrylics. I got a manicure and it looks like my 6 year old cousin painted them. I was upset but when I saw it was 30$ and it wasn’t even gel I was FURIOUS! My friend got acrylics which were almost worse they are ugly and huge on her nails.THEY WERE 70$ Not going back and you shouldn’t either

I have been going for eyebrow waxing for at least 4 years now and it is the only place I will go now. They know how to do it right and it always take 5 mins- 10 if they are super busy that day. Super quick and super nice. I will continue to go back forever. I HIGHLY recommend for waxing- I'm not really into getting my nails done so I can't say anything about that but waxing is 10/10
