“Store Manager, Louis, went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I got the two chairs we loved so much to complete our living room. The Greenville store only had one in stock yesterday, so Louis drove to the store in Wilson and personally picked up another one and brought it back to Greenville for us the next day. Louis was extremely kind and made us feel like highly valued customers. I will be stopping by this Marshalls before anywhere else for all my household needs.”

“We had the best experience in the cosmetics department with Emily. She was very sweet and patient taking care of both myself and my child who was going to prom and purchasing makeup. She asked lots of questions to narrow down what we needed, recommended products and even showed us products we had not even thought about. I was very pleased with our purchases and would highly recommend Emily. This is what customer service is all about! Whoever hired her should congratulate themselves ”
“I wasn't very familiar with the layout of the store. Thus, finding the checkout (store remodeling) wasn't easy. Once I found the checkout, I had the pleasure of meeting store associate Ms. Rita/Reda (sp). She was welcoming, very patient, and projected good energy! I instantly forgot about my struggles finding the checkout (I purchased 9 items). Decent selection but definitely top-notch customer service. I'll visit this location again!”

“The Greenville Ace hardware is very well organized very friendly and helpful staff I had called because I could not find a particular bolt in a matter of moments the bolt that I was looking for was found and I was able to get it and get out relatively quickly I browsed around and they have quite a few options from grilling to other outdoor accessories and overall I can't wait to come back”
