As a person that has worked with D&L throughout 4 different regions (Charlotte, Raleigh, Richmond, and Greenville), I can honestly say that the Greenville location is my favorite, hands down… Jenni is an absolute blessing, and has helped in every way possible to get me setup at this location, and she always makes sure that I am happy with the service, and that all of my needs are met. I literally know every single person in their store by first name. I highly recommend their services for any of your appliance parts and HVAC needs.

I was in desperate need for a start relay for my 15 year-old fridge. Tried shopping local, but no one carried the part I needed. Called and spoke with Vicki and had the most amazing customer service I’ve seen in years. We were able to text pictures back and forth while on the phone and even though the part number didn’t match what the computer said, she had seen the part that I needed in stock and she located it for me. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to make the 30 minute drive today to pick it up, but she made a note of what it was and where it was when/if I’m able to pick it up. Great job! Thank you so much!

My cousin, Keauncey Williams recommended this place to me, so I visited the business for the first time on March 23, 2023 needing an element for my oven and a dryer belt. Both parts were in stock and I was very pleased with the service. The guy that checked me out was very nice and professional and I'll continue buying my parts from D & L Parts Company.

Great place! Appliance guy told me one thing, D & L verified symptoms and corrected the problem. They even told me how to test and locate the problem myself. 10/10 if you have an issue with your appliance this is the place to be. Vickie help me through ever step of the way, don't forget to ask for her.

Make sure it's the right part. They have the wrong part listed on their computer. They will sell you the wrong part and refuse to take it back after you try install it. Go online and order from elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.

Wow!! I received excellent service and advice from Steve Johnson at D&L! He helped me accurately diagnose the issue I was having with my dryer, checked my thermostats for me, and located the faulty coil on my heating element. He printed a diagram for me and answered my questions about replacing the heating element so that I was equipped to do the job myself. His advice and assistance saved me from buying unnecessary parts and from having to pay someone to visit the house to make the repair. Fantastic customer service! Thank you!

Get all your appliance parts and repair needs fulfilled here. If it's not in stock, order it before an early afternoon cut off time and it will be on the next truck from Greensboro or Charlotte the next day. For a reasonable fee the part can be sent directly to your house. Apartment contractor grade appliances can be purchased here as well as HVAC supplies and equipment. The counter sales personnel is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Having lived in more than 10 states and 36 cities in the last 38 years, I can say this is one of Greenville's strong points for sure. Whether you're a facilities maintenance manager or a home owner, it's a blessing to have D & L Parts Co. .
