The pharmacy is very much so out of order. When my doctors and my kids pediatrician send over subscriptions CVS system never seem to get it. Once it only got half of the order of some meds I really needed. Then it all came through the next day. The staff were just not cooperative at all instead they blamed the doctors office. This has happened to me 3 times which is officially the charm for me to move on to Walgreens. CVS on East Firetower has given me too many bad experiences.

I’m so frustrated and think the pharmacy is as well. Each month I’m told my meds will be ready and each month I arrive to find out that I must wait on one or two. Unfortunately they are the ones I need ie blood thinner. I was told I’d have to wait 90 minutes when the meds were supposed to be ready the day before I arrived. Really?? No. So after I just sat there looking at them the man expedited and ready in 10 minutes. I don’t have anybody to pick my meds up for me so I try to pick up all at once. This happens monthly and then I feel rude for expecting it and being upset about having to wait 90 minutes. Today I found out something was called into Walgreens. Due to my darn insurance it’s cheaper at cvs. Earlier in the day they put in a call to my md. I called back asking if it could be transferred. ‘Yes but it takes 24 hours which I know means 72 hrs being that I showed up a day late and my meds weren’t ready. I asked multiple times if this Med was in my pickup and was just told how many I had. Did she not want to check? Not have time? See it wasn’t and not want to make the extra effort? Beats me. They are very busy. They need more assistance. I’ve lost faith that my meds will be ready. I’m choosing to pick up and pay MORE from Walgreens because by the time it’s transferred or the doc calls into pharmacy it will be 3 days. If they are that busy get them help. If they are not working efficiently well that’s a different issue. If I go to the ED and have something called to the pharmacy by the hospital it’s fine by the time I arrive. My insurance insists I use cvs. I might have to rethink if there is another option in December. The pharmacy isn’t happy, I’m not happy, owners? Maybe

Good pharmacy but the environment could improve. Some shelfs here were pretty messy when I went there. Other than that, it’s a pretty good pharmacy.

This has been our family pharmacy since moving here last year. Fantastic pharmacy overall! Great customer service and that's hard to find. Keep up the good work!

The store was clean, well stocked, and the staff members who greeted me were super friendly! I was able to check out in a timely manner. I will return to this location again.

If you want personal attention......especially from the pharmacy.... go to this CVS on E Firetower. Friendly, professional, helpful.....and they even answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time and connect you with a real person if needed.

This pharmacy is horrible! They never give you the correct info. You have to do all the calling around to find anything. They are always out of medication and heaven forbid they call to let you know. They switch pharmacist daily,I haven’t seen the same ones in weeks. Attitudes are horrible and pharmacist override the dr’s decision about a medication. And their app sucks!!!!

This pharmacy is a joke... All the ppl behind the counter and no one can answer a phone and waiting 4 hours for my grandsons medicine which is very important I need to move all of our scripts to a different pharmacy

Been a shopper of Cvs for many years! When a slight mistake was made out of the pharmacy departm. , they went out of their way to correct it as well as refund me for my time and gas spent. So u get 5***** from me!!!!! ?to their competition: Thats customer satisfaction-

I have been pleased with my pharmacy experiences at this location. The staff is attentive and pleasant, while usually being busy. Do keep in mind that the pharmacy is closed on weekdays from 1:30 - 2 for a lunch break.
