Absolutely do not go to this CVS. I went to get my booster shot which went okay besides the fact that the pharmacist just stabbed it in without pulling the skin. What I saw her do to another girl was stick the needle it and pull it out and when she realized there was still medicine in the syringe she put it back in the girls arm to give her the rest. I have never seen something so unprofessional and incorrect and I’m not sure she should be allowed to give anymore shots let alone keep her job. Not only that they are rude employees and will ignore you whenever they can.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!I have never had a bad experience at a CVS in Target until this one. The lady that seems to be the lead pharmacist, has given me wrong prescriptions TWICE!!!! The second time she gave me a completely different medicine!!She is lucky that the 2 prescriptions she messed up were not vital medicines (life or death)... FOR ME!!!!!I sincerely hope this is not happening to anyone else because I have a personal experience with a previous neighbor that was given a wrong prescription. He was paralyzed and in a wheelchair for the rest of his life where his mother had to care for him day in and day out!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY SCARY!!

They never pick up the phone. Last time I called, I was having a mix-up with my Medicaid. All of my prescriptions free until now. I called NC Medicaid and got things sorted out, so I SHOULD NOT continue to be charged for them. The person I spoke to said they’d “call me back” once they found out what was going on - LIE. This pandemic has made some people so trifling, careless, and mean. I’m switching pharmacies.

This pharmacy needs more employees. I am sick and tired of waiting 20+ minutes just to pick up one prescription. Every single time I have ever come in to get a prescription, I have to wait and wait and wait. And it’s never for a valid reason. The pharmacist is either typing away on the computer or ignoring me all together. Horrible customer service if you ask me.

They do not pick up the phone. I called to get a prescription transferred from back home and was on hold for 34 minutes before hanging up. I tried to call back once more and still nothing. I have heard from several people CVS tells their staff to not prioritize the phone lines and can never get through. I’d rather do business with a Pharmacy who takes the time to answer the phone for their customers ...

I am beyond impressed with the staff at the CVS Pharmacy located at the Target in Greenville, NC. I came in as a first time customer and due to some error in my prescription, I was not able to get it filled at the time. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to get the information needed, however, due to the doctor office who wrote the script being closed, they were unable to do much. They were so caring and considerate of my needs-actions that I am so truly grateful for. Sometimes things just don't work out as planned...and when you have staff that are still willing to put in an effort and help you out regardless, it helps make the situation so much better and less stressful.

We’re visiting my sister for a few days, and we left our boys’ daily and emergency inhalers and spacers at home. ♀️ Andy from this CVS worked so hard to get our replacement RXs in order, along with the spacers we need. He took his time and contacted our insurance to request vacation/lost medicine coverage. Our insurance didn’t agree to cover it, but Andy went above and beyond. Thank you, Andy!

This is bearly a pharmacy they don't have many options to choose from and what they do have are just the basics. Also they don't have deals for their products.

I'm generally satisfied with the customer service I get overall from Target stores HOWEVER, in this particular Target, the employees are generally rude. I especially find the service in the electronic section unhelpful and rude.

My daughter went to refill a monthly prescription - which for the past three months thanks to changes in Obama care has been ZERO $....when she got her prescription, the man at checkout rudely informed her that her insurance had been terminated....long story short her stepfathers insurance had been cancelled several years ago, and her fathers insurance has been primary. REGARDLESS the prescription is FREE., insurance is not in the mix at all - he loudly - rudely stated to her and all others in line., that she had to pay for her prescription. She had to run her credit card and called me at home long distance crying over the way the man treated her in the store. To top it off my daughter had been a loyal Target employee here at home for three years.
