I went in here with my brother's phone. My brother (a senior)told me it would not charge. They told me it could not be fixed and I needed a new phone. This phone was a flip phone, 5 years old. I ended up taking it home. I plugged it in and it charged. So they lied just to make a sale.

I would not recommend coming here. Staff is definitely not professional. They have a lot of people and for that reason think it’s okay to treat others bad. We came there to ask for help and we got charged for a service we didn’t even received. Said we couldn’t get our money back. Money wasn’t our mainly issue it was the service they provided us there! They swear just people they’re in ‘charge’ they’re all that won’t come back for this awful reason go to another location not this one ! There was a youngish lady there and a lady won’t speak on the other lady but that young girl she not it!

Friendly, but I would suggest giving people the option to personalize their account/cellular information… I’ve never had any cricket store employee just randomly input things in for me without asking me first. Can’t say I’m satisfied with my experience at this location :/

Unless you are Hispanic the staff are rude and mean. Those two girls working there are racist, rude, slow and etc. They act like they don't want to be bothered with you as soon as you walk in. Made me cancel my service with cricket.

Managed to deactivate all phones on our plan instead of just adding a new one. Twas the manager too which makes it all a bit more special.
