Courier Express does not have base access. They are only in contact with the shipper and not the purchaser. When asking the shipper for updates on package delivery, Courier Express reports that delivery was refused or damaged instead of admitting they don’t have access. There needs to be more transparency between this courier, the shipper, and the recipient. I have already had three packages sent back to sender because of this.

A rip off i have a 16’ box truck i signed an agreement to make $1600 a week i work 12hrs a day starting at 6am i have to drive a hr away to get there a hr bac home and i only received $500 only covered gas ..... this company is a def. rip off smh
