Kevin has now helped me buy a house and sell a house. He keeps you motivated, he stays calm, and keeps his word. He pushes the timeline along well, keeps things moving, and times the sell so that there is buyer excitment. He is easy to work with and as a seller got us more than we asked for. Kevin listened and knew everything in detail of what I wanted in my new home. He was always ahead of the game when it came to house hunting. He sent me listings frequently and we didn’t stop until we found exactly what I was looking for.Kevin was great with providing pros and cons to certain houses when he would show properties. He has a great eye and pays attention to all details when showing properties.He was also helpful with ideas to spruce up my house without spending an arm and a leg for updates. My house itself was pending sale within 3-5 days of listings with showings booked daily.I would recommend Kevin, he has your best interest. I still turn to him for advice, see where I currently stand with purchasing a house and look forward to my next house hunt and purchase with him!
