Charles Manning was great. Patient, knows the region and market as well as one should expect from a lifelong resident who loves his job. Has immense amounts of local insider knowledge and was able to get all the background information I needed to make well informed decisions in order to properly assess the properties I was interested in. Having been in the business of evaluating properties for others and myself for over 40 years... it was refreshing to find an agent that had a solid basic financial real estate market awareness. Highly recommend for purchases and sales and uncompromised ethics and behavior.

Worst experiance ever. Workers there are liers, unprofessional, and thieves. Bill is suppose to be the top realtor in the office but he does not conduct himself as a professional. He comes on very nice. But he's like a wolf in sheep clothen. He's only in it for the money. Late for every meeting. He claims to be so busy. But he forgets to inform you of things that are important. Things that can make you lose money like I did. Because of this experiance buying a house/lot was the worst experiance ever. Never again. I would rather rent then go thru that experiance again.

I want to first start by saying this Real Estate Agency is an excellent place for anyone seeking to buy or sell a home. This agency has very outstanding agents and from my personal experience I'm speaking of one in particular. My agent/friend goes by the name of Steve Wiggins. I want to say first I've dealt with plenty of different agents that didn't show very much interest or eagerness about their clients searching for homes and that is a huge factor in this process. Steve is probably one of the best agents I've encountered and I highly recommend anyone to use him for buying or selling. Steve showed me over 20 houses before I finally made a final decision on my purchase. The best part about Steve is that through all of the showings he never complained once about anything and gave honest opinions about the homes we viewed which were crucially important. Steve was very Professional, Courteous, Eager and Knowledgeable with his job and well dressed every showing. Steve is a Awesome Real Estate Agent and when you talk to him you can tell he loves his job and will do his best to make you happy in the end with finding your dream home. I want to say thank you Century 21 Realty Group for having such a great agent on your team. Thanks Steve I really do appreciate all of your help and it was Great working with you!!.
