Horrible customer service no one welcome me in. The 3 ladies at the front desk carry on their conversation as if I wasn’t there. never asked if needed any help with anything, very disappointing.

I have always enjoyed shopping in catalog connection but the past two times I have been in the store I have had the same girl make me feel not welcome. This past week I went in on a Friday and asked the sales clerk, I believe her name is Jenny, if I could try on a pair of boots. With out me asking she tells me the price of the boots as if I could not afford them. It rubbed me the wrong way but I just ignored it. She went to look for the boots in there stock room once she came back after looking or the boots and proceeded to say "it looks like we have a size 7 in the back but it's really cluttered back there". I responded "okay" and she just stared at me and told me I could try the size 8 on. Although I already tried that size on. I really hope in the near future they can correct the customer service to make the shopping more welcoming.

Definitely pricey but good, worth while clothes. Go on their Instagram and have their post notifications for deals, they have them all the time. Their sizes aren’t consistent so definitely go in and try whatever you’re interested in.

Came on Sunday with my husband there were two ladies working the store. Catalog Connection had decent apparel, somewhat pricey for the quality of the materials. I hope the manager reads this review, sad to say I will not return base on their customer service. It seem challenging to check on their customers to see if anyone needed anything. I did get a sweater, hope it last for what I paid. Hope they improve their customer service and their prices. You are paying for the location of the shop, nothing else.

One of the best boutiques in Greenville! Super sweet girls and always so helpful. Their buyer has such a good eye for style and always has trendy stuff in the store! Highly recommend whether you're purchasing over the phone, website or making a trip into the store � We are so lucky to have such a good boutique in Uptown Greenville!

We like this store and can seem to find modern but tasteful clothing for my wife and 18 year old daughter. It gives us a reason to come downtown Greenville and have success at finding some nicer clothes. However, not a 5 star because of the sales people. If I find a good person, then it's a lovely experience. If it is the manager of the store - it will be an unpleasant experience. So - just go with caution. Customer service skills and courteous behavior are learned by example. With the leadership of store being the worst example of customer support (as evidenced by other reviewers as well) CC will never be a top-tier boutique... which is a shame because Uptown Greenville needs non-college folks to come downtown and support these businesses. We are rooting for CC and hope ownership can make necessary changes to improve sale staff interactions.

Not hating, but if you wear anything more than an XL, don't waste you time. This store carries mostly only up to a large, which runs small as well. I went in there a few months back and when I asked the store clerks what they had available, they really had to go above and beyond to look for anything that was even xl, much less larger. I will give the ladies who work there are nice, but they should start catering to more women, because a lot of us are not size 2 to 8. :/

Had to put one star only way I could post. Cute clothes great prices,BUT here's the bad point. Not everyone is a size S-L. Plus the large size runs smaller than a actual large. Very disappointed that you do not have more of a variety size wise. You are only catering to certain people. An no I'm not a huge person at all. I wear a size L-XL an like I said very disappointed.
