I called Carolina Collision Repair on the morning of September 28 about some scratches I had on the finder of my car. They told me to bring it in that after. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They buffed the scratches out while I was there. Did an EXCELLENT job. The really surprising part to me was They didn't even charge me. I would highly recommend you taking your car there for any body work needed. Thank you Mr. Piper and staff. !!!!!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Initially, I went for an estimate. Bubba rendered a written estimate...within 1-2 weeks, he'd forgotten about it? I was asked to returned and he gave a totally different guesstimate/estimate? It was an extreme inconvenience..Needless to say, first impressions are NOT always lasting! Thanks, but no thanks...#notimpressed

please watch out my car went in to be repainted due to a horrible faulty paint job done by them prior ..only due to no choice by me...my dealership uses them ...they reluctantly repainted a few pieces of what they needed to redo and made sure to take off the roof strips which were horribly painted previously and then put them back on stating they didn't include them in the first faulty job ....this was the beginning of a lot of lying by the owner "Bubba"He waited 10 days told me my car was ready but that he had took it upon himself to call my dealership and ask for 4500 more bucks to do two rear side panels! The first hack job they did was 2500 for my hood roof and trunk only on a compact car with zero body damage! Now they said if your dealer gets us 4500 we will do two little panels and the strips you can probably just buy for 200 a piece....they were the same color as the car and had been destroyed by their first attempt at a paint job.This would mean 2500 plus 4500 so far and that still leaves the doors the bumpers and the two front panels I asked who would do that ?? it would've been a TWENTY THOUSAND dollar job at the end .They scam insurance and dont want to deal with it when they have to own up to awful work I went to pick up my car five trips later from Jacksonville and there's a nice long scratch on my bumper !! the kinder owner Kevin tried to buff it but it was too deep when Bubba realized the car was scratched in their lot never even touched or left yet from pickup he stomped like a toddler and said If u ain't happy BYE BYE BYE I had no choice and attempted small claims court and that was the biggest joke I had ever seen.. the so called lady judge stated that I did not pay for the initial job (my dealer did ) so basically I had no right to sue for them to fix the scratch that happened on their property !! she was clueless and only handled evictions that day she didn't look at one receipt showing I DID pay out of pocket ...they also lied under oath ...that court day most people were not even sworn in because this judge "forgot" and just laughed about it anyways she must've "forgot" that I had photos timestamped in their lot showing the scratch yet just let them lie and say they never saw a scratch !! This was blatant complete lying in a so called court if they would lie about something they knew was true I can only imagine the other things that they do to hurt people . Read over the internet what they have done mostly to women it's disgusting and I hope they realize that their creator was watching while they lied through their teeth because they werent going to let a woman call them out on anything and they were already angry that they had to redo awful work without receiving a padded insurance check just look at some of the charges on any of their estimates they charged 180 to pop off two little plastic emblem pieces it's so disgusting...they will scam a person too not just the insurance companies and the dealership.

A staff member (Bubba) was quite patient with my questions and concerns re: my car. He was very business oriented and shared the best action for me to take.My insurance adjuster deemed my vehicle a loss whereas I needed not to have CC to do the repairs ??.
