Be careful purchasing from this company! They will bait you and make all types of promises to get you to purchase a vehicle than once they get your money/down payment there entire attitude changes and things They promised to do or fix all of a sudden its forgotten or they don’t remember telling you that… yet they quick to complain about being late on a payment and don’t care if you using money to fix or do things they claimed they was going to fix…steer clear or get everything on paper and signed that they tell you they going to do

You know I came to this place to get a Tahoe got the Tahoe. I don't even call or miss payments but I call to defer a payment.And even if the answer was no that's not the point because thats business but the amount of disrespect , attitudes, discusting and immature behavior I got from I believe deborah the older female who does payments is just sickening. I don't know what high horse she's on but lady you need to step off of it. Trust me this is well noted and from a friend to a friend I want forget it.. I recommend the rest make this place your last choice until she's fired. I really hope the rest of the crew isn't like her. She's a narcissistic lady who says things that weren't even said and then when you call her out on it she gets even worse. But then again how do you expect someone to understand something who couldn't even mentally comprehend the level of conversation to begin with. Really lady come on now. Steve? Is this really how yall allow business.

I purchased a 2013 vehicle from this dealership. I will update my review as more time passes, but I will explain my experience so far. The sales guy Derek was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Sale process was quick overall. The payment department was a whole different story. The lady seemed nice overall, but she was in a heated debate with a customer over the phone prior to my arrival. This meant I had to wait maybe a additional 10-15 minutes to leave because she continued with her call in front of a new customer! Within the 30 days, my CEL came on for multiple misfires. I was able to drop it off to the dealership. Derek called me later the same day letting me know my vehicle was ready. I asked him what was done, he answered "I don't know, the mechanic didn't tell me and I can't ask him because he is gone for the day. He just handed me the keys and said it was ready." I picked up my vehicle the next day and requested a print out or work order, Derek states " We don't provided those." How can you complete work on a vehicle and not provide documentation??? When I picked up my truck, he told me the mechanic drove the vehicle, hooked it up to his "large" code reader, cleared the code and drove 2 additional times and did not feel a misfire nor did the code reappear! I told him that the vehicle had been shaking and idling low intermittently! CEL codes do not appear just to appear! The system picked up a code! He told me if it happens again bring it back. I was VERY dissatisfied as I drove almost a hour and back just to have my vehicle checked out, just to be told all they did was clear the code!

I have waited a couple months to post my review to see if this place was actually any good. They are not. So I bought a nissan Armada from them had to take it back multiple times during the 30 days and everything got a temporary patch job and that was it most of the work was undone after a week, the sunroof leaks when it rains the ac went out and the service engine light is constantly on. If you can avoid buying here wait and find somewhere else. Also I constantly have to ask for a receipt after I make a payment.

The worst place to ever get a vehicle from ! If your looking at getting a vehicle from here . STOP! Do not get a vehicle from here . You will find a place that is more professional about communication than this place . Debra is rude and nasty mouthed, she says one thing and does another . Her communication is pathetic. They are just an all around bad company I promise you will find a better company than this one , somewhere with or without credit . Please do not shop here ! If I could give literally 0 stars I would , this place doesn’t even deserve that !
