“We live over an hour away from the shop but had an accident down there and had the car towed to Gerber to be fixed via our USAA insurance, they were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They got the car fixed very promptly, it was only delayed by a week due to waiting on a part to arrive which is out of their control but they regularly called to keep us updated on that. Kevin and Brandy were great to work with, and were very considerate of us having to drive a ways in to pick it up by ensuring that we knew to come in on the right day so that it would be ready for us. We greatly appreciated the great customer service we received here, and the work was done well and is good as new.”
