She was so patient with my indecisiveness, suggesting I try on the same dresses again to remember and compare to what else I’d tried on; she found the dresses in the style I had in mind, plus recommended a few other styles. “My husband and I came in to buy formalwear for the ECU Music School Gala fundraiser in 2 weeks. We went in last week and were helped mostly by Janaya who knew her way around the store - what the options were and retrieving everything I needed and had other suggestions that were appropriate. The two managers who helped train her when I had questions were also very helpful in choosing the best gown. The team there made this an enjoyable experience. The only unanticipated expense was the costs for the minor straight hem and tucks in the straps. For an over $200 dress, $100 worth of alterations is excessive for a 2 week turn around. But the pricing is a company decision, I guess, so employees probably have no decision making in that 2-week turnaround. My husband ordered his tux through BlackTux.com and it came in quickly but neither the pants nor the jacket fit. They did not match the measurements taken by your staff except for the pants.”
