I have purchased furniture here along with my mother for 40 plus years(dating back to the original Dickinson ave warehouse). Love their products although I’ve found customer service is failing throughout the years. I will not go into detail as this was discussed with the owners and I respect any local business. I contacted ownership and they quickly resolved my issue. I’m sure they used my experience as a “coachable moment” for their staff.

Bostic Sugg came highly recommended. We purchased a coach and ottoman and were told the ottoman would delivery in 4-6 weeks. On the 5th week I called to check in on delivery and was told Lisa would call me back within the day or by the next day, but she did not. I called again two days later and was told Lisa would have to call me back. After no reply 2 days after, I called again and was told Lisa's voicemail doesn't work and she'd get back to me when she had time. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that was Lisa. I asked to cancel my ottoman due to the horrible service and was told again Lisa would have to do that but I couldn't talk to her. I am blown away by the awful customer service and lack of communication and would not recommend this company.

If I could give a rating of less than 1 I would do so. We've been lied to on numerous occasions. Ordered 2 chairs in February 2023. Told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. It took 12. After getting the chairs told them the fabric didnt look like what we selected. We were told lazy z boy sent the wrong thing and another order was placed. Lisa asked to come take pics of chairs to send to Lazy z boy. A message was left two different times to set up a time was told she would call back. She never did. We waited an addtional 12 weeks for replacement chairs. We have placed numerous calls and have physically been in the store and ask to speak to the manager who by the way is Lisa. Heard nothing. On one rare occassion actually spoke with Lisa only because she happen to answer the phone. yet again she lied and said she would find out something and call back. Been calling practically every day. No one ever calls back. We have been told there is no orders showing for us. Its really sad that Lisa has no integrity and apparently has no problem lying to their customers . We have bought from them many times in the past but never again. Buyers beware and buy at your own risk.

I ended up purchasing from other furniture stores solely based on the actions of salespeople who clearly avoided me and my wife and never acknowledged our presence. We were then acknowledged and helped by lorri, who answered all of our questions and provided great great service and answered all of our questions. Thank you lorri.

Went with my girlfriend (I am also a woman). We were not greeted at all. Looked around, found something of interest, went up and asked for some assistance. They looked at us and then went to help somebody else, not even greeted. Went back a few days later with a white male friend (little experiment as me and my gf had suspicions) were greeted immediately. It was so hilariously different, felt like a pretty woman moment for sure. Seeing as collectively me and my partner had 10k to spend overlooked by some micro aggression. Anyways, their furniture is overpriced and Furniture Distributors right down the road with nice people and better furniture

The best place in Greenville to get quality made furniture. And you can even choose your upholstery. We have a piece in out living room right now that came from Bostic Sugg back around 1988. It's a beautiful piece that we are replacing with a new piece from Bostic Sugg. Our salesperson, Jennifer was very helpful & patient with us as we picked the pieces we wanted. Definitely recommend for quality furniture.

I tried to buy several items from Bostic Sugg. They have pitiful customer service and will ignore you if you try to get the answers to questions. They kept my recliner in the store a week and refused to bring it to my house. The sales lady who sold it to me would not call me back after she got my money. When they got to my house the delivery man refused to set my old chair just outside the door in the carport. I called two to three times trying to talk to someone about the problem I have with my recliner not working correctly. They promised to let the repair service department call me back shortly. It has been a week now and nobody has attempted to call me and discuss the issue. I would not buy anything from them again. Simply horrible furniture store.

I’ve been waiting since March for furniture I’ve already paid for and also for replacement furniture (due to damaged furniture they was delivered ). Customer service has been terrible!! The owner/manager will not return my emails unless I’ve threaten to report to the better business bureau or actually make a report ( which I did ). I’ve bought a table from them also a couple of years ago; I paid extra for the warranty . Since the purchase two chairs have broken and the stain has come off the table . I submitted my claim through the insurance company ; which was approved . I emailed the owner /manger concerning the claim with no reply. I do understand that Covid has delayed deliveres , but six months with little to no communication about status of delivery or claim is frustrating . I expected more ☹️

I will never go to this store again to look for furniture. I spent $3500. with them on a couch and chair. Chair had a spot and the salesman assured me they could steam it out before they delivered. But it delivered with that spot. That was the end of June. I have finally got a resolve on the spot, but that is because they wanted me to find someone to come and clean it and they would pay for it Did not feel like it was my place to do that, but I did it. It took almost a month, to get this done.. The biggerst problem was Lisa, poor customer service, in answering my calls and returning my calls . If you want customers to come back or to recommend your store to others that is not the way to do it. I had planned to go back and get bedroom suite and dining room suite, but not now. The furnture was beautiful but service horrible. For Lisa to manage this store, she needs to be on top of her game more. very IMPORTANT TO CUSTOMERS!!
