THEY SENT ME A 10.00 COUPON AND I LIVE A HOUR AWAY AND BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE MY REWARDS CARD WITH ME HAD MY CREDIT CARD AND ACOUNT PULLED UP ON MY PHONE THEY WOULD NOT LET ME USE IT SO I LEFT EVERYTHING DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING AND LEFTED WILL NOT GO BACK. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TILL TODAY SO YOU LOST 200.00 PLUS IN SALES TODAY I WENT ELSEWHERE AND BOUGHT THE SAME ITEMS!!!!!

Shopping on Thanksgiving night and a guy comes and tells us we have 10 minutes left as he’s literally ripping down signs everywhere.. get to the Register with 2 carts full and the cashier (BLAKE) did not seem happy at all.. Told us to move the stuff off the counter as we were trying to and organizing our carts. Very rude. Not happy with our experience at all.

I went in the store and found a gardening set for children that was in the 40% markdown section. I kindly ask for a price check. Three employees were in a isle and checked it. The scan didn't show the discount. I stated another store had the discount. They stated very abruptly that each store is different. Turned me off.

The Knightdale store seemed somewhat unorganized. Big Lots prices and quality has increased through the years; therefore, my expectations of the store appearance is the same.

I like bigots but pickup in my store when shopping online isn't good. It says they have zero available and when I go into the store it is sitting on the shelf. Do not appreciate that!

They were nice and I notice that they did not have enough help, I was going to return for the Legos but it was ok that just one cashier and there was another doing something, I didn't ask about that so I just kept the logo's and gave them to my church for the kids

Purchased my items online. Went to pick them up today...they didnt have everything I ordered/paid for and didnt give me the full refund of the item...claiming I used a coupon--as if tax wasnt charged on the things I paid for. I didnt bother arguing with the manager or the rude cashier who didnt hand me my change or my reciept in my hand but left it on the counter. Biglots needs to hire culturally competent ppl to work in the front and leave the racist ones in the back where they belong( if ure gonna hire them!!!)
