Curbside pick up took me almost 40 minutes along with checking in twice confirming parking spot at a time where it most certainly wasn't busy and multiple staff witnessed walking in and out and right pass myself and 2 other vehicles parked for curbside pickup. Ordinarily staff is trained to greet but in the instance you pass and see multiple times the same vehicles still there not to mention this locations curbside runs along the entire front entrance of the store. I've dealt with best buy many times in the past just never had this poor of a level of service there before this. I do understand we are living in times where many don't want to work but those people are not employed. I'm positive I'd much have one or two dedicated hard-working employees than 8 to 10 who don't want to work but be paid still.

The Best Buy employees are nice and very helpful. I have to say they know their products well. My experience was great, and I am looking forward to my next store visit. Big shout out to the two individuals that went the extra mile for me.

This best buy has many items just like the others. Sometimes it can be difficult to get assistance, but when you do, they are quite helpful! They will go above and beyond to assist. Thank you!They have curb side pick up. They can also order if items are not in stock in the store. They also have ship to store options.

I went to buy a remote start a few weeks ago, since it was in a great price, big opportunity. Geeksquad was very helpful in showing me the options and what I would need. I finally came around it and bought what they suggested online a couple of weeks ago and booked an appointment for today. I arrived today as told 5 minutes early, but they weren't open yet. When they opened, I received information that my installation wasn't going to be done by a professional, but instead by a trainee, that the work wasn't going to be 2 hours as offered by sales and geeksquad 2 weeks earlier, but 5 hours. I refused to get my installation done by the trainee and that I would wait 5 hours. I paid for something and they should deliver. The installation person then said that he refused to service my car and that the customer has no say on who installs the product. Even worse, he said that installation was free, what should I expect. I had a manager called and the first one said there was nothing to do and that he was busy with another customer, and the second one "heard" the two sides of the story. In the end, she said I had to return the items and that they won't service my car. She processed the return and had me bring in the items. Even though I didn't agree on the return, she continued the process. When I denied accepting to return it, she went ahead and pressed the return confirmation button by herself. She gave me the receipt and told me that I could go to Knightdale, because I wasn't going to be serviced by them in that store ever. This is borderline direct discrimination from their part, just by asking to do what was offered. I asked for a formal complaint form, and she told me to call the 800 number or in the webpage. As I left, I immediately called the 800 number. As I was on the phone, I checked the refund, and gues what, they didn't refund the total, just partial because the installations guy time was blocked, when he refused to do the work himself. The first manager approved the full refund, and after a few attempts they got it through. Now I would like to know who is responsible for the time lost, the borderline discrimination, awful experience and state of mind, and the money. I mention the money, because I needed the product installed today, and went to another supplier, that charged me over $85 more than what I had paid in Bestbuy, for a lower version of the same product. If I went for the exact product, it will cost me $190 more. The case was opened, and now I am waiting for a response from Bestbuy.

I placed an order in store for items that were hard to find, limited stock and will never get them back in. Went to pick up more order and it was gone. Waited for almost an hour for the associate to tell me an associate sold them yesterday. Asked for the manager name tag said "T". Seemed like I bothered her, said we don't have your order and all I can do is give you a refund and small store credit. I was very nice through the whole thing so not sure why she was rude to me. Store credit...like I will be back to use it. Will never shop here again.

Quick! And it was Black Friday Sale days. There were 4 customer service reps at the phones counter when we were served. Very little waiting. Our CSR was knowledgeable, cheerful, and went the extra mile without any complaint or facial dissatisfaction. I do wish I remembered her name. Thank you for your help!

Inflation definitely stole black Friday deals this year but it didn’t take away the amazing customer service. On Friday we (bf and I) got the chance to meet a lovely associate named Ally. She offered her help right from the jump but didn’t push it and made sure to help us as soon as we needed it. She was EXTREMELY patient and even was able to answer almost any question we had and if she didn’t know, she found someone who did. She had knowledge of all products and was able to help us walk away with the items that would best suit our needs and wants. We definitely took a little time deciding some things but she did not lose her smile and was even able to help a couple other customers while we stepped to the side but was right there when we finished. I work in retail myself and have worked on black Friday before, it can get very challenging and draining but not once did she let this show or try to rush us out. Definitely restored my faith in customer service again! We returned Monday as well to grab a couple more things and another gentleman(didn’t catch his name) helped us then who was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you Best Buy and your awesome team!

I purchased an 85in TV on October 15th. On November 4th the installation team came to remove our current TV and wall mount and install the new wall mount and new TV. In the process they dropped our TV, damaged our wall, shelf, fireplace and floor. I have been trying to get a manager on the phone since then, it’s now 11/10. They have reordered the TV but we cannot get them to schedule another appointment to install. Also, the installation team left us with our old TV and wall mount uninstalled. So then my husband had to reinstall everything they removed on his own. This will be the last time I purchase from Best Buy.

Love the door greeter and the way they assist you at the door but didn't have the piece I was for. Not very knowledgeable about what I was trying to connect. Laptop to extra monitor. Prices are really high. Took item back $30 and ordered it next day delivery from walmart for a total of $14.

The Geek Squad got me in fast to see if my lap top was salvageable. But we had to take it off life support. The staff was great and explained everything.
