Horrible customer service. They NEVER answer the phone. I had a loan with them and trying to get info was ridiculous. Never again with this bank ! A loan officer named Clint Promised to get back with me from last Thursday it is now the following Wednesday. He promised to email me info and I never got it. A formal complaint is now being filed Run away from these people !

Best experience ever thanks to Mr. Husain , I left the bank in a better mood than I walked in with ! He talked me through everything very well, made sure I wasn’t confused and was very amicable. Had some good laughs as well. 10/10 experience, ask for Husain !

This has been my BB&T branch for more than 30 years. The service has been consistently excellent. The atmosphere is clean and professional.The staff operates with a team spirit, they are knowledgeable, and their willingness to assist is unparalleled.

The bank teller Jessica is the nastiest woman I have ever met. I called regarding an issue I had and I could not even get one word out without her cutting me off and continued to cut me off as I tried to continue to finish my sentences. Then she proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. I AM A CLIENT AT YOUR BUSINESS. I don't care if I asked her what color the sky is you don't treat clients with that type of disrespect. I also don't understand why it takes a check 24 hours to drop in your account even though the authorized person on the account has approved it. This is 1 out of about 8 issues iv had with BB&T if it wasn't for my BB&T account being linked to everything I Do and my direct deposit for my job I would have dropped them a LONGGGG time ago. If you go inside don't talk to Jessica.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I never have any trouble and usually don't have to wait long. Awesome service!

Very poor customer service, only one banker available to take care if 10 customers.. that's just insane. Cutomers have to wait for 1hr in order to talk to any banker.. Worst worst worst place for banking, espacially in this branch.
