Just went and paid a bill yesterday and without knowing I paid someones Verizon bill!!! Not my fault, he asked me the number and that is all. Would not refund me my money and would not help me to get it back only to be told to pay for another line. He told me I was trying to make it his fault and it's not, I don't work there so how was I to know he wasn't doing his job and asking the right questions. Bad service total scam.
