Josh Crowburst at Barbour-Hendrick Honda Greenville NC is an absolutely wonderful salesperson. I was ready to buy a new vehicle and did not know what I really wanted. Josh was very patient and helpful showing me several different new Hondas he had to offer. Thanks to Josh I was able to determine that the 2023 Honda Passport Elite AWD has all the features (and then some) that I really wanted. I found Josh to be extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable of all the Honda vehicles he showed me. This is the second Honda I have purchased from Barbour-Hendrick Honda Greenville and both times I could have not had better car shopping experience. I highly recommend them and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

They did not rotate my tires as I requested and they said in the papers they did. I got the tires marked before getting into the shop and when they gave me the car back the tires were in the same place. I am not sure if I could ever trust this dealer again. Remember is not only your car, it's also your life you trust in their hands. They broke that trust yesterday.

I have tried this location twice, and both times it has taken three hours to have my accord serviced. That is with an appointment. How can it take that long? When I asked someone on the phone about it, I got a story about a dr office not being able to keep their appointments on time, and so they try, but fall behind. I gave them two tries, but will not be giving them a third. They refuse to give anyone a vehicle they can use while it takes them all day to do an oil change. If you don't have three plus hours to wait, then you do not want to have your vehicle serviced here.

I've had a few cars serviced here and each time has always been a good experience.. service writers get me written up in a timely manner, technicians get my car through and serviced in a timely manner. Concerns always listened to and take care of.

Just purchased my Ridgeline from Barbour Hendrick Honda and it was the best buying experience I have ever had. Professional and courteous. All of the staff were extremely helpful. Especially Mr Byrley the General Manager. I also use Barbour Hendrick Honda for all my service needs. Everyone is always helpful and the store is always clean and comfortable. My wife and I were looking to buy a new car. We went to Barbour-Hendrick Honda of Greenville and were treated to the best car buying experience ever! The staff was very polite and professional. We were treated with the highest level of respect and courtesy. The experience did not stop on the day that we purchased the car. We continue to received phone calls from the dealership, just to check in to see how we are doing. The service shop is also the best I have seen in a long time. Very clean, and the waiting area is nice. They even have a shuttle to take you around town if you need to run errands while your car is being serviced. Overall, 10/10, I highly recommend Barbour-Hendrick Honda of Greenville.
