My family has always gone to bailey’s for our jewelry. Even after moving from Greenville to Southwest Florida, I have always kept in touch with Joyce Barnes. If I’m looking for the special David Yurman piece, if they don’t have it she will find it for me and FedEx it in a few days. This is why I can always rely on Bailey’s for all our special occasions, and now again for my 13 year anniversary. Thanks again to Mrs Joyce And the rest of the Bailey’s team for going Above and beyond to put a Bailey box in southwest Florida !!

The associate named Madison helped me the other day. I was trying to buy a necklace for my wife. When she came to help me she reeked of marijuana and couldn’t form correct sentences I assume she was on other drugs. I found it unprofessional for a high end business such as Baileys. I will not be returning.

I just had the experience of shopping for an engagement ring. I know absolutely nothing about jewelry. I walked into Baileys in Greenville and everyone was extremely nice.I had the pleasure of working with Lauren! She was extremely knowledgeable and informative about everything that we looked at. I ended up meeting her on the weekend to finalize the ring and have everything set.I am very happy that I got to work with Lauren on selecting the ring! I would suggest to anyone that wants to find a piece of jewelry or engagement ring to go visit Lauren! She makes you feel like family and never pushes anything crazy on you! She is the AWESOME!!!

Bailey’s is the jeweler for anything related to watches, rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. They have a wide selection of unique designs for the discerning eye. I have also had them replace watch batteries for several years and the staff is exceptionally friendly, courteous, and professional. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Bailey’s to anyone.

I lost the back to one of my diamond stud earrings, and took them to Bailey's in Greenville for new posts and backs. When I received the earrings, they had switched out the yellow gold for white without asking me, and the earring posts and prongs were bent and crooked. Additionally, one post was longer than the other. I took them to the Bailey's in Raleigh, and the associate told me that the jeweler in Greenville had done a poor job all around, and they would fix them. They ended up resetting my stones in a brand new setting. I'll never step foot in Bailey's in Greenville after this experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Baileys! I was looking for an engagement ring and they have a great selection. Jenny was so friendly and helpful in making my selections. She explained everything thoroughly when going through the process of picking a Diamond and the different settings. I came in with an idea of what my girlfriend wanted and Jenny worked together with me to make the perfect engagement ring that would be both be a stunning eye-catching piece while also functional for my gf’s active lifestyle. I love that Baileys is a local place and it sure feels like it. If you’re in the market for a ring, this is the place to go! My now fiancée and I will be returning there to find our wedding bands. Also as a side note: if you’re part of the lgbt community, I cannot stress how at ease I felt at Baileys and to be working with Jenny! 10/10 highly recommended!

We have had so many great experiences with Bailey’s in the past year. Both the Greenville and the Rocky Mount locations have been great to us. They are honest and straightforward about their jewelry and they stand behind what they sell you long after you leave the store! They do not try to upsell you (or your groom if you choose to do some browsing before hand as a picky bride!). They find you exactly what you come in looking for. The cleaning and maintenance services were a major selling point for me when we were considering different jewelers for our wedding rings. If they don’t have what you are looking for in store they will work with you to create it or special order from one of their many vendors. I am so thankful we chose Bailey’s for our wedding and because of our great experience we plan to be lifelong customers. Thanks Bailey’s!

Jenny at Bailey’s in Greenville is the best!! My diamond ring band had worn through and my wedding band of 43 years no longer fit. With a lot of different ideas Jenny helped me find the best solution to my problem and now I have a ring that I love and that looks even better that I had envisioned!! Thank you to Jenny for your help and Bailey’s for having Jenny!!
