I have had a TIME with my car week and have been here 3 times!!! ?? But JAMES and ASHLEY have been God sent!!! James helped me learn how to change my ignition on my own!! Ashley changed my battery with ease! James has kept me from tear! And I appreciate that! Thanks for making this stressful situation a bit easier.

I appreciate the honesty, kindness, and effeciency provided by James S. at Auto Zone. I had a terrible start to the day because I was told by Pughs that the engine light diagnostic would take a long time, was very complex, and because of this, they would not be able to see me until a week later. Not only is this service free at Auto Zone (wow!), but it was neither time-consuming nor complex, though I would love to chalk that up to James being excellent at his job. Though the day started rough, the wonderful customer service from James has evened out my day. Thank you very much!
