I would give negative 5 stars if I could worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Was scheduled for mobile technician then get told after I have called multiple times and never received a call from them that they don’t even have a mobile technician and haven’t had one for a month and made no one aware they did not have one even though customer service told me their manager had approved it for mobile and they ordered my glass and everything. Then get scheduled finally for an in shop visit 2 days after someone was supposed to fix my windshield, get my car towed there 2 hours early and then receive a call for the first time ever from the shop after dealing with this mess for almost a week and get told they’re calibration system is down so they can’t do my windshield and need to reschedule! Absolutely unacceptable!! My rental goes out today and my car still is not fixed. Very poor communication skills at this location take your car somewhere else.

I was somewhat frustrated with the services. Before I learned that my windshield didn't arrive, I attempted to give my insurance information, but the attendant did not accept it
Of course, the service was rescheduled

Have had several glass replacements at this business over the years but first repair. Work started at the appointment time & very satisfied with work & price.

Auto Glass replaced my car window in less than an hour. They were very efficient and polite. This was the third visit for me and the cost was reasonable.

The guy that installed my windshield was very polite. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood his explanation. He was very accurate with how long it would take to install it. I also saved so much money versus going to Safelite. He was very professional at what he does. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now.
