“There are many times a pastor will use a personal experience in a sermon and this experience I had will be one of them. My car was experiencing issues and so I took it to advance auto to run a diagnostic because my engine light was on. When I got there and they ran the diagnostic and the computer didn’t have a clear answer but as the owner of Komplete auto walked out he heard me explaining what was going with my car and was able to give a clear diagnosis. He did not offer his business as a place to go but instead stated I should get the car fixed by a mechanic. I am thankful I went to that auto shop because this man was able to assist me quicker than the computer and much quicker than the dealership. In addition his price for labor and parts was phenomenal. I will certainly be going back for other service needs!! He was very kind and knowledgeable, and works diligently and promptly. God truly provides! Thank you Komplete Auto!”
“I appreciated how much Mr. Bailey made my son and I feel comfortable while we waited for our car to be cleaned. They offer multiple places to sit. You can choose between a bus, trailer or outside. I chose the trailer that has zone controlled a.c., plenty of tables to sit and 3 t.v.. It is a very cool concept that they came up with.. My car looked so good when it was done. And it was affordable.”

“What a great shop. We had a BMW 535i painted by a MAACO in western NC before moving to eastern Carolina. The paint failed and began flaking off, so we called corporate offices in Charlotte and they couldn't have been more customer friendly. Corporate set us up with their shop in Greenville that is owned by Pete, who is the nicest man, and whose employees think the world of him. Three different employees spoke so highly to me of Pete, and a businesses' culture flows from the boss. Ricky is the manager, and this young man is such a positive force, a true pleasure to meet. Ricky cares about you being satisfied as a customer, and I mean Cares with a capital C. I have never been treated better by a business. My wife and I and my teenage children are customers for life.
