Radio wasn’t properly grounded killed my alternator and it was making static noises it took someone else fixing it and they wouldn’t fix it unless I bought a new one because they didn’t want to go behind their work

They are very nice people. I gave them 3 stars because 1) they said they would give me a call when car was finished. I had to call them. 2) they smoked in my wife's car while installing the auto crank. I would recommend this place for you audio needs. Just tell them not to smoke in car while installing you product.

I purchased an aftermarket stereo that I intended on installing myself. I didn't realize how much wiring in vehicles has changed over the last 30 years. I called the guys at Auto Audio and they walked me through what I needed to get the project done. I was so impressed with the gentleman's knowledge that I went ahead and paid them to do the installation. They had the best installation price in town, and they had my truck ready within a few hours. The unit looks like it was made for the car and they framed it in perfectly. What's more, I was prepared to pay much more for the installation but they ended up not needing the more expensive wiring harness, so I actually paid $100 less than what I thought. If this were not an honest business, they could have charged me the extra $100 and not told me. I highly recommend this group of gentlemen! I have another car I'm about to upgrade and I won't even try and do it myself, I will take it directly to Auto Audio for the install!

I paid over $300 just for them to put a screen in I already purchased! I don’t know if that is to much but seems like it to me! Also when I got in my car there were pieces of cut off wires all over my car that I had just cleaned not to mention they were stuck down in the cracks so I had to go vaccine them out.
