The photos you see generally posted concerning her work has nothing to do with the actual service you receive. Definitely has an attitude problem. Left me inside the shop alone to go grab glue she didn’t have prepared which made me uncomfortable. I understand not having change to break a bill so I had to walk (yes I could’ve drove) and go get change. Get back and she finishes up and lays the artwork on my nails down tacky. Get finished and NO CUTICLE OIL and absolutely no clean up on my hands after. Dried acrylic on my hands had to be peeled off later. She’s definitely done this to me before. When I vented to a friend about my experience she told me about her experience back when this shop was on Evans in Greenville and she hadn’t been back sense. Blew her away. Why’d I go back? The first time or 2 I thought it was me.

This is a picture of my nails after 3 WEEKS !!!! My nails have NEVER looked this good after 3 weeks . Even my rhinestones are holding on . Monica was so fast and professional. She has such a beautiful soul and you can literally feel good vibes as soon as you enter the room . Her prices are great for the amount of work she does . She treats your nails with care and she educates you regarding your nail care . I definitely found a new nail tech !!!! Beautiful blessed atmosphere Ms Monica was quick very professional and has Great conversation. Quality work. Great pricing. I felt so much peace and love in the Atmosphere. First time getting my nails done here and I LOVE THEM ! Very fast, respectful woman. Salon environment is peaceful and loving. Gospel music playing in the background very wonderful feeling. Will definitely be returning !

made an appointment, get there for our service for 2 and no one is there. I called the number on the door thinking "maybe locked because of covid" "quick errand" nope I get an "I forgot I'm sorry" and hung up on!!!!! very unprofessional!!!!!!
